I ordered these on a whim. I thought if these help me unwind, they would be better than alcohol - I was not disappointed. I have not imbibed in over thirty years, so I had no idea what to expect. For me, Unwind Synergy+ takes about an hour to kick in, peaks at about 3-4 hours, and lasts into bedtime. The effect is not overly powerful but you definitely know when it hits you - so relaxing. You can still feel the effects the next day but not overwhelmingly so. It does not create a sense of "being blasted" or anything like that. Those around you won't be the wiser - you will just seem chilled. One gummy 5mg is the perfect dose and I'm a pretty big guy. I do not recommend exceeding that amount.

If you aren't a regular user of Marijuana, one gummy will give you a pretty potent high. Wasn't expecting these things to pack such a punch. Not that I'm complaining, Definitely a great weekend chillout product, while leaving the CBD to week days. My new favorite product from cbdistillery.
