When I first got it, I ate a whole gummy and didn't like the experience I got from it...looked it uo online its considered I did 10 times recommend dosage for beginners which I was suppose to do a microdoasge so I recommend quartering it for first time edible users and get a low dosage of the 25 MG. So now I half it and get pretty amazing sleep!
