I have been using the face cream for a couple of weeks. I really like the way it feels. It has a nice scent, too.

I’ve only been taking for 1 week. My biggest concern was waking up groggy. I have not experienced this at this time.

I use the lemon flavored water soluble on a daily basis. I use 1/2 a dropper in my morning vitamin drink for anti-anxiety/relaxation and focus. Occasionally I will have 1/2 dropper in a glass of water before bedtime for increased sleep benefits. I have been using this product line consistently for about 3 years.

The water soluble CBD works better for me than oil. I like the flavors and put it in my coffee every morning.
