I was having bad, curl up in bed, tears in my cramps all day and after a few pulls I legit felt instant relief. My head ache was gone. I haven’t seen change in the insomnia but two out of three isn’t bad. The flavors are smooth. The menthol one does actually taste like a cigarette. The orginal just has a light airy taste. Grape had a slightly sweeter airy taste and it was a subtle hit. Cherry was probably the strongest taste and it had an airy sweet flavor that left a bit of an after taste but it wasn’t bad.
