honestly 5 stars because i had a problem with quantity amount not being given right and they quickly replied and fixed my order so thank you! however i gave it a 4 star because i was not that impressed with the pills don't think they really worked for me. i will try them again however

Really helps me to relax to sleep peacefully. May have you droopy the next day so take earlier in the evening so that you can get 7-9 hours of sleep. I take one (1) tablet usually. Sometimes two (2) on weekend nights when it doesn’t matter what time I wake up the next day.

Very moisturizing and soothing. Only need a little. In my opinion, better for dry skin. I use mostly at night as I need a product with SPF for the day.

I've been taking the water soluble before bedtime and it seems to help relax me enough to get a good nights sleep.

I enjoy the taste it brings to my herbs.
