I use this product every morning and night. As caregiver to my mom, it helps me.keep.an even keel. It definitely.aids in a restful sleep. Only.problem has been with a few bottles that haven't opened properly, needing force.

I prefer the vapor over the drops. Great flavors. Request a needle nose filler to be sent with your order. You cannot refill cartridge with dropper that comes on bottle.
