I have had one for over ten years high quality easy to use and clean. Would recommend to any novice or expert.

Have had my Volcano for over ten years and it works great. The staff have always provided needed replacement items and the Volcano always provides quality vapor. I’m now shopping for a second because I like it so much. Nothing else is worthy to inhale.

I’ve had my Volcano almost 20 years. In those 20 years the machine has been 100% reliable. Storz n Bickle products are the best of the best, simply unmatchable. Don’t waste time looking elsewhere. I currently own 2 classics (1 is backup) and a Mighty for my portable needs. Thank you Storz and Bickle!

So here we are folks it's been over three years and I've finally had my first malfunction. I bought a volcano classic right as i got out of the military after about 8 years of service for anxiety/stress relief I can honestly say I've almost used it everyday since then and it usually stays powered on and heated as long as I'm awake this thing has put in some work to say the least. My fan switch malfunctioned causing a ground of some sort we will see how customer service goes if all else fails I'm ready for the digital ;) stay classy.

I bought one of these when they first came out and had it sent to me from Europe. I'm not sure exactly what year but I think I've used this for 20+ years without a hiccup unlike the Crafty which is a piece of junk!

Got ours about 10 yrs ago used it everyday great machine . The on button just broke and fell in to pieces loved it so much just ordered a new one.

I think I must have been one of the first in the USA to have purchased one of these, for I think I bought mine in 2002 or 2003. Anyway, I am sure there are a million other reviews on here explaining how amazing this device is, but I want to add a testament to its durability and how I learned about vaporizing in the first place. A few years ago, I went on a European vacation with my girlfriend. I decided to take one last hit of my lovely classic Volcano before our adventures, knowing that I would be without for 2+ weeks. Needless to say, this calmed me down before our wonderful trip to an ancient land. Touring through Italy brought back memories of the last time I was in Europe on a multi country jaunt when I got a chance to visit Amsterdam and tour the Marijuana museum. It was there that I learned of vaporizing, when an old war torn hippy motioned me to one of the exhibits in the back to show me his toy. And by toy I mean 100 gallon Erlenmeyer Flask that was as tall as my chest, resting on the floor, and half full of water. If I recall correctly, he asked if I wanted to learn about the cleanest and healthiest way to "smoke." Of course I thought! He then had a screen on the opening and used a blow dryer to heat up the active ingredient into the flask in a cloudy vapor. He then took off the screen and inserted a straw like device which allowed me to clear the chamber. YUMMY, and delicious, and REFRESHING! I was hooked by the idea of this device. It wasn't until some years later that I was getting sick every week from regular smoking of product that I recalled this idea. I remembered my good ol' buddy over seas and wondered if this idea had ever developed. I did some research and found out about the great Storz & Bickel company and their reviews blew everything else out of the water. I ordered one and never looked back. So when I finally got back from my latest trip to Italy, one shouldn't be surprised to learn that the first thing I was looking forward to was using my classic Volcano again. However, it was I who was surprised to learn that my Volcano was already on! In my haste to consume as much as possible before my trip, I accidentally left it running as the cab arrived and we left for our journey. Needless to say, the house was kinda smokey from a burned 420 smell but the product had not combusted! The device was hot as all get up, the bag did not burst, and my house was still standing! I turned the machine off to let it cool down as I thanked my lucky stars nothing worse had happened. Without a doubt, this is the most robust, durable, and healthy invention ever created. I have had my volcano for 4 years, I use it everyday, and it still works like new. Nothing compares to the vapor quality, all you taste is what you put into the loading chamber. Just keep everything clean between uses.
