VERB DHV

No matter what, I can not love or even begin to evjoy this device. I enjoy consumption in all varities and deliveries, but this device specifically just caused frustration and anger. Once I lost track of time on the fourth attempt to enjoy it and it continued to not funtion appropriatly (I read the instructions. I watched tutorials. I'm not new to devices whatsoever.) Maybe the Verb I just recieved a defective?

My review is more about the LACK of customer service. Although I am having problems with my new vaporizer. I have sent two emails (through their own contact page) and still have not heard from anyone. It has been 3 weeks since I sent the first email, 2 weeks since the second. They do not post a phone number or any way to speak to a person or even a robot. So, if you get a lemon from them, just make the damn lemonade because they won't help you and make it right.

The product is good. The Customer Service Sucks.

I’m just starting out using this verse vaping. It gets almost too hot to hold thank God for the rubber around it and the battery doesn’t last long enough.

Heats up quickly, gets 3-4 cycles out of a charge and it east to use. Cons are it has a smallish “oven” so don’t expect to share.

The functionality is fine, and I find that when I use it I don't cough because my bud isn't burning. However, the battery life is extremely low because it utilizes so much energy to heat it up. I find I have to charge it pretty much each use. Due to this, I really don't use it as much becaue it's not convenient. Nice product, but not one I would repurchase.

Absolutely love this device, it doesn't burn but cooks the herb. Therefore it produces a smooth cooler smoke that does not burn your through or lungs. I constantly get positive comments and questions where to get one.

Very easy to use, clean, and carry. So much better than the more expensive Arizer that I initially tried. I have purchased 3 Verb DHV vaporizers for family members. Very happy with this product.
