My order was placed without any incidents, after they reviewed the order, It was immediately responded to as they needed to allocate additional resources to cover the order. However, it still arrived within the original estimated time even thou they had asked for a couple of extra days. Upon review of the order when it arrived, the ordere arrived without the velvet pouches. With just an email, they were in the mail arriving a couple days later. Even with the small mistake, they earn the 5 Stars for the customer service and reaction time to issues with the order. Very professional and courteous. Now for the Grinder… Its amazing. The blades grind with ease and the pollen/keefe collector produces very fine results. Never thought I’d use the tool, but now I can’t put it down. I’ve been using a Santa Cruz shredder with a keefe collector for almost 10 years and this new grinder puts that to shame. Thank you MunchMakers for the help and I can’t wait to do business wit you in the future.

I purchased and custom designed an aluminium grinder as a gift, with the Witcher 3 Wolf School symbol for my brother – who had played it non-stop for over a month. Needless to say, it was the greatest gift.
