return warranty
I returned my machine due to the lid closure breaking. I can tell you that the return process was the best customer service I have ever had. The minute I requested, the warranty - it was approved, shipping labels sent and the new machine was here in a2 days!! They shipped it as soon as the return hit the post office! I am happy the the product and the customer service was exceptional. Thank you!

Easy as can be
Little rough start because the booklet they give in the box doesn’t have much info but once you navigate the site and find the information the things easy to use and works good. Definitely wanna try two canisters for more potency and get the tester

Great Product, Even Better Service
I used the Levo Lux to make infused MCT Oil, and I have also infused olive oil with garlic, rosemary, peppers, and lemon peel. It's a great product for both purposes. It is easy to use and easy to clean. I definitely waste less than when I made oil the old fashioned way, and it takes me way less time I did have an issue with the latch breaking despite being very careful opening and closing it, always using the button, etc. The latch actually broke mid-cycle, so it was either a defect or the latch should be made a little stronger to accommodate using two power pods at once as the power pods exert a tiny upward force on the lid. If it not a defect, I would happily pay more for a more solid latch. I contacted Levo, and they approved me for a new unit and got it too me within a few days of me shipping the old unit back. Amazing! Really great customer service and overall, a great product even accounting for the latch issue.
