LEVO II

Absolutely a very well thought out "oil & butter" infusion machine! Don't use any 'alcohol' for infusion ... per instructions. So simple, even a novice (like me) can use it right out of the box; (and I did). The instructions are printed 'on the box'; in a manual included in the box and easily found 'online'. If you STILL can't figure it out ... Levo has 'email' HELP instantly after registering the machine online. Look at the photo - fits on the kitchen counter AND even enough room under the cabinets to 'open the lid' if needed. (my cabinets are 18 5/8" above the counter) The electric cord stores conveniently on the back of the machine. EASY to use, NO harsh smells, NO loud noise! Simply 'follow' the directions. DRY your herb if needed - (carboxylate) ACTIVATE your herb if needed - LOAD herb of choice in pod; (I've used 'delta 8 hemp flower' and 'anise seed' so far - worked great); insert the silicone 'stirrer' & pod into ceramic cup; ☆☆!!!Ceramic cup has a silicone drain tube that ONLY fits in place while 'pinch plate' is OPEN - so when plugged in, turn on LEVO II, hold down 'reservoir release' button (see video) till pinch plate opens - then INSERT the ceramic reservoir cup with drain tube!!☆☆ Fill to appropriate level with "oil" (or butter) of choice; (see photo: I used that specific coconut oil from Walmart - $18; though you can also purchase the Levo products) I used coconut oil - NO smell or taste to ruin the infusion flavors; CHOOSE your 'settings' for time & temperature to 'infuse' your herb of choice, (Sooooo much HELP, be it written instructions, Levo email, or online - be it internet search or YouTube), press LOCK (to keep the lid secure while infusing), press START to begin the infusion process, put a quart glass jar under the drain hole; **when infusion process is complete** press & HOLD the 'dispense' button on the front (does the same thing as holding the 'reservoir release' button under the lid) until ALL liquid is drained. !!HOT!! So be careful until the machine & oil cool down. Then CLEAN with diluted apple cider vinegar or Dawn dish soap. Purchase the Levo cleaning products or a soft bristle toothbrush & Q-tip works for me. Love my LevoII. It’s easy to use and works quickly.

My first little test run was to infuse bitter with rosemary for our steak and lobster Christmas Eve dinner. And it was a success. It came out perfect and everyone loved it. The ease of making it was awesome! I love my LĒVO II!

My purchase was given as a gift but I totally benefit from it! I received the full excited "tour" of the Levo ll and taste tested all the recipes on Christmas day! My family member mentioned all the good things that, the friend who recommended the Levo to me, had given. So I'm taking credit for choosing the best gift and giving credit to Levo for being a really excellent product! Win/win!!

I've had my Levo II for several months now and this little machine has far exceeded my expectations. I've mostly made oils for baking & gummies but the infused butter turned out great, too.

We finally took the plunge to get a Levo II. Our only wish is that we had done it sooner! This machine is fantastic. It's so easy to use and clean. Looking forward to experimenting.

This uniquely made machine and bundle essentials is exceptional already and we haven't even used it yet. The packaging and Craftsman of the products alone is of the highest quality and certainly worth the cost for this all in 1 machine.

My husband bought me this set for Christmas and I couldn't believe how much came with it. The porcelain baking dish is beautiful and very versatile, and I've discovered that I love making gummies. I really like that you get a variety of snacks to try and can reorder your favorites. The levo machine itself is my new favorite kitchen accessory. It's very easy to use and clean.
