LEVO II

I think the Levo machine is a great concept, and works well.

I bought for personal use. Small infused herbal oils batches.

For years I had to use crockpots, toaster ovens etc. But now it's simplified with this machine. Though you can't use grain alcohol at least I can still decarb it then do a green dragon easily!! The only reason for 4 stars is it came a little broken the piece that you wind cord around was off (possibly during shipping) they did give me points for that however which I've already used! Great machine you won't be disappointed!!!

I love my Levo II! If you're considering an infuser, I strongly recommend Levo! They've been a great company to purchase from & have awesome emails with recipes & infusing tips.

Still trying to figure this out. First batch over baked. Second not enough flower. Need that second pod for stronger infusions. After researching I can re-infuse the weak batch, decarbing another pod to add to it. What would really help is a guide for newbies on pitfalls for the uninitiated! I'm a cook at heart and loving the journey.

I love the levo 2 I have had this same machine for a few years now and it has worked for the most part flawlessly. I have incredible back and knee pain so the edibles I make do a wonderful job at taking the edge off the pain. I would recommend it to anyone. The only reason it got 4 stars is the WiFi feature stopped working. Really not that big of a deal but they advertised it to be one of the features and it is not working anymore. It worked when I first got it but now it is not even on the app to turn it on. Other than that ( like I said it not that big of a deal ) the machine is the best I have ever used. It does everything you need to infuse easily and correctly. I have used it now for over 3 years and had no problems with it at all. If I could I would buy the new larger one but have to save for that lol. I have told at least 10-15 of my friends who looked at mine when they came over and purchased one themselves. Everyone has the same opinion as I do that they are definitely the machine to buy if you want trouble free infusing. If your on the fence about getting one, I would tell you to get it you will not regret it.

Well I'm new to this whole thing. I found the directions to be a bit more cumbersome than I expected but I think the process is actually more simple than the guide makes it seem. It would be nice to have an infusion chart included instead of having to go online. I also found that the online potency calculator was not working right so i had to find a chart elsewhere. The button labels are a bit hard to read being black on black but overall, I'm excited to play with this and learn to use it for multiple infusions.

After comparing against LEVO and its competitor, I had done my due diligence before I purchased the LEVO II. However, it was the company's videos that were the decision for my purchase of my LEVO II. The videos are a great tool to decipher my final decision to try the product, as manuals are over cumbersome. I love the three-phase processes as I grow my herbs and flowers, thus making oils and coconut butter for my cooking and medicinal use. The two things I look for are the quality of the product and the Communication with the company! Quality and Communication are essential aspects, and the LEVO company offers many tools and a clean but thorough understanding in providing great information, especially from their website. The company is a based USA company, which also influenced my decision. I would say the only opportunity for improvement is that the company's logistics service providers for delivery of the products can use MAJOR improvements. I do have an OFI (opportunity for improvement) to suggest. Perhaps the company's infrastructure could consider becoming a certified registrar to a quality management system such as ISO9001 and ISO14001. If they did, it would open up many doors in the medical fields and illustrate the company's seriousness in providing sustainable but quality service & products.

It's a great way to infuse my best flavors into my medical grade delights.
