So far so good.
Had a bit of trouble getting it to work when I first got it. Got ahold of the support team and they helped me figure out what I was doing wrong. Have used the activate mode numerous times now and going to start infusing next.

Seems to be a good little machine. Large basket fits 1 oz easily. Time will tell but have great expectations of it after all it is a Levo!

Worth it
I love that you can do big batches now. The pod is a great size. The shape of the pod makes hard to clean by hand but I'm sure it can go in the dishwasher. I haven't don't that yet. I'm not convinced the magnetic stirrer is powerful or big enough for the larger batches. And there isn't a Levo chime when the infusion is finished, like my old Levo2. I love watching the infusion so the glass pot is cool. I am glad I purchased this machine. It looks nice on the count as well.

My first infusion machine
Great deal for the machine. Have wanted one for a long time and this sale convinced me to do so. The defective basin was a temporary set back. The lost of an ounce of herb because of the defective basin was totally unacceptable. Sent me 3 packs of gummy mixes($60) in an effort to appease me for the $200 loss.

Good at infusing
I love the high capacity and programmability, but it's not that great at decarboxylating in one cycle. It definitely takes multiple cycles for a large volume of herbs. Overall, works well and will be continuing usage in the future.

Nice but smelly
Came out of box, 5 min after turning on and warming up, the basin cracked, however the support team was quick to fix it just in time to get here this week. The 2nd basin was fine. Make sure candles or incense is on hand.

Great Product
Everyone infusing should own one of these. Decarb and infuse done with one appliance; genius! Super easy cleanup with all parts dishwasher safe, with exception of of the appliance. Only thing to complain about is in the used manual It should refer to hitting play/pause button not start, you’ll see what I’m mean if you buy 1 or 2!

Overall pleased
Very easy to use and very quiet. I can hear the stirrer stirring but don't see motion in the container and I pulled my butter and dumped into 4 stick holders. 3 looked dark and amazing but one from the end pour was very light as if it never fully stirred it
