works like a champ but the fact there isn't a carb on the bowl from factory is kinda Bs and you have to oreder it for another 90$ kinda kills it when ya pay 500 bucks for it to start but flavor and clean rippers are always amazing

I never give any 5 star ratings, and that's due to finding design flaws in the smoking device. But.. if I was to give a 5 star rating it would be for the trident. I consider it to be one of my best buys of 2021. It works just as they say.

BUT Hitoki should consider offering more shipping option . If you are Canadian , be awere that UPS can charge you LOT of fees ( 190$ Cad personally) so you may consider an another marchant if you Canadian and you don’t want to risk paying the fees , or maybe wait to see if Hitoki will offer more shipping option .

This piece is awesome - super cool and convenient to carry because of it's size. The hit is smooth and it works exactly as advertised. My only small issue is that I feel like I need to clean it after every use.

Bowl chamber need to be bigger

Still love this but I am finding it finicky to clean. I am a heavy smoker, everyday and most of the evening. Because I do this, the Saber gets gummed up quickly. When I get everything clean and charged, this is the best. Still get good puffs. Sometimes it gets tiresome of constantly cleaning.

My first impression was that this thing was extraordinary and unique!Great flavor profiles delivered with optimal smoothness. Definitely a game changer!...That being said, here is what Hitoki needs to improve.Travel case needs to be standard with this with a device at this price. This devive come with lots of necessary tool including the charger and theres no way to carry any of it.Second the hose needs to be upgraded,once you spend $100+ on a smoking device the hose should never kink.The feel of the hose as well as design are slightly hazardous and far too long for needed purposes. Maybe a braided hose like a Hookah hose would be better also a quick release or ball and pinion locking device making it quick change instead of the time to thead the hose every time. Another complaint is the acrylic base,I truly wish it was glass, to add to this the bottom with the threaded nub that screws into the post should be designed or made sturdy as you unscrew and screw this back in every time you change the water out. Wouldn't mind it being more customizable as well like the leading concentrate vaporization devices.No one should have to keep the original box for storage with this expensive of a device. Also it could have come with a spare ceramic chamber included,it does not. So in my true opinion $499.99 is expensive all things considered, better price point to me would be $300-$350 with travel bag included as well as some cotton swabs to clean,sticker,lanyard,keychain,anything.But no.

Well as much as I would like to give this a good review. I ordered the trident and the 3 loading chambers. I didn't receive my loading chambers. I emailed support and haven't heard anything. The trident itself is pretty nice and works well. Just want what I ordered that didn't show up. Thank u

The Hitoki - well its been pretty great so far, I have enjoyed having a cleaner option to combustion and of course who wouldnt think a laser is cool. But their customer service is kinda a joke. Ive contacted them 3 times now and still no response. I have been very carful using the device and have went by the cleaning recommendations, however my amber laser lens has a crack in it from top to bottom. No big deal, things happen and this should be covered under warranty considering the hitoki saber is hardly a month old. But after contacting a member of their team directly and submitting two contact forms thru the website, I still have not even received a response. So keep this in mind before you drop $300 on a Hitoki just to find out if you have issues, you won’t get any help.
