Thank goodness you can replace the atomizer! Don't be me and put off cleaning! Also good idea to keep it in a warmer environment as the rapid heat with a cold quartz bowl made it shatter. Great product!!!

This has to be the number 1 e-rig on the market! The DUO is a beautifully constructed very well engineered vaporizer. The quality shows throughout. The menus are easy to read and navigate and it performs flawlessly....these guys kick out top of the shelf units and back them up with excellent customer service....Bravo HIGHFIVE!!
I held off on buying
I held off on buying this when we got it in our store as I have burned by e-products before...no pun inteded. This Duo has exceeded expectations, I borrowed a friends and the next day went and got one, the heat range is great, taste wonderful and being able to use while charging is a must! Consistency in heat is great and being able to find just t I held off on buying

This is a great rig.
This is a great rig. It's super easy to use. The quality is outstanding it feels very solid in your hands. The only complaint I have is that my glass piece gets clogged somewhat frequently on the inside of the percolator

I’ve been a high-five customer for a while and when I saw the duo I had to order one, I’m glad I did it’s replaced even my large enail. If you want a functional erig get the duo.

Not overdoing this review i just want to say how the build quality and material that they used to make this rig is the sturdiest and cleanest build on a Erig ! Everything is solid , well made , didnt have any damage on the box nor and damage on the rig after unboxing. Heat up time is good U can vaporize most of the concentrates without burning ter Not overdoing this review i

This is the best erig right now. The options you get with view screen and options is unmatchable! It also hits hard and conserves product the best. They also have very good customer service.

I’ve used and owned all the “top” erigs and this one smacks them all down. Heat up time is very reasonable, hits taste incredible. The temp control is extremely stable and so far the heating element has been holding up nice. I’ve been using it for a couple charging cycles and only time will tell how it holds up. I’ve owned a few other hi5 products I’ve used and owned all
