Had my device for a week and the only 'complaint' is the air flow can get blocked, but with practice and time dialing in the optimal settings becomes easier for your style of consumption. I have 5 e-rigs and the DUO is the one i use the most. I HIGHLY recommend getting some accessories. Specifically, the bent neck glass mouthpiece(stays cleaner than the default), the directional carb cap, and the Silicone Carbide Bowl. The SIC bowl is just awesome. IT really preserves the product.
