Up your aesthetic game with these bongs that double as home decor pieces.
Are you holding onto a bong for longer than you should? Maybe it’s past its prime, and you’re looking for something new, fresh, and fashion-forward.
Not that you’ll dress your bong in the latest attire from Vogue’s 2022 catalog. But what if the bong itself was a unique art-centric design from the streets of Milan?

The brand’s name is a spinoff of WOOD’D, but you can trust its products are entirely authentic. The company was launched and founded by Stefano Aschieri, who gathered the team of designers below.
Together, they are redefining the visual appeal of bongs through rich, vibrant colors and distinct structures.
Funny enough, the company just launched days before this past 4/20. However, its bongs are not available in physical storefronts throughout the United States and Canada, only online. WEED‘D‘s bongs are available in select retailers in Italy, Switzerland, and France.

Each bong was handmade in Italy and designed by one of the three designers above.
There are currently three designs available at WEED‘D, each with its name referencing the initials of its designer.
All bongs are made with ceramic material and come in colors like dark blue, bright yellow, and pastel pink. The neat thing about their designs is the futuristic look.
Bonanni, the designer of upright and vertical SB001, says he was inspired by asking the question, “What would a smoking object look like nowadays?”
This led him to create a very minimalist design with a downstem and neck sitting on the rectangular top. Instead of designing your usual circular and round bong bases, Bonanni went for geometric hard edges and deep ridges.
Casadei’s low-sitting design offers an unconventional take on tilted bong necks for comfort. The rounded base sits perfectly below the larger stem and slanted neck. Finally, Sommella’s bong takes that inclined look even further with a V-shaped bong where the neck and downstem connect at the base.
The goal was to create something good enough to sit on a shelf as home decor. In other words, “bongs that can’t be hidden when mum comes home,” says WEED‘D founder Stefano Aschieri.
Interestingly, cannabis use was not the designers’ core focus when creating the ceramic models. While the bongs work just fine and produce cool, clean smoke with ceramic interiors, Bonanni says he was inspired by “new aesthetics and values.”
Who doesn’t want a bong that doubles as a vibrant home decor piece? There’s always a company looking to challenge the norms of traditional cannabis use, but one coming from the world’s fashion hub is a game-changer.
