Mexico’s supreme court voted in favor of removing laws that rendered recreational cannabis consumption illegal on June 28th this year.
A bill that intends to decriminalize the possession and use of mushrooms, MDMA, LSD and ibogaine in California just got approved by the Senate. It's expected to go through the House before becoming state law.
The last stop is regulations.
With these results, 34 states in the US have approved medical marijuana use, 16 of which have legalized it for recreational purposes.
