There’s nothing like indulging in some perfectly greasy fried chicken after a long day (or a sesh, for that matter). As we potheads continue to find creative ways to infuse cannabis into our everyday lives, who’s not to say that you can’t cook your favorite meal while getting a good buzz out of it? Read below to find the perfect recipe for cannabis-oil fried chicken.

Have your cannabis oil ready; a liter is just enough.
Pour the buttermilk into a bowl, stir in some salt and toss in the chicken pieces. To go the extra mile, leave the chicken in this buttermilk mixture overnight to make for a deliciously juicy and tender chicken.
In a separate bowl, combine the spices and a cup or two of flour, making sure that the spices are fragrant and as spicy as you desire.

One at a time, take one piece of chicken from the buttermilk and drop it in the bowl of seasoned flour, tossing until fully coated. Place the coated chicken pieces aside on a place rack.
Begin heating your cannabis oil to about 325°F using a thermometer. Carefully place the chicken into the hot oil for about 12 minutes, turning every few minutes.
Remove when chicken’s internal temperature is is 170°F, place on a rack to cool for at least 10 minutes, and enjoy!
