Looking at Tommy Chongs CBD reviews transparently.
Tommy Chong is not just a comedian. He is also a marijuana activist and advocates firm in his beliefs about cannabis products’ benefits, especially after having been a cancer patient twice and consuming marijuana to save his life.
After all of his studies and experiences with marijuana and its effects, he put up his own CBD company and sells all hemp-derived products, entirely endorsed by him.
I spent some time trying out this stuff. These are my thoughts.
Many of the products that Tommy Chong’s CBD sells have nano CBD as their main ingredient. This is a fascinating fact since there are not many nano CBD providers out there.
Nano CBD is a micro-CBD particle that is emulsified with liposomes or lipid nanoparticles to enhance the absorption of the CBD in our bloodstream and hence makes their consumption more effective. Although there is not much research about it, nano CBD is a promising discovery, since it basically implies getting more from less.
However, considering that not enough research has been done, it’s important to pick your brand well, and Tommy Chong’s CBD is a good place to start.
The company’s prices are pretty competitive in the market, and I would say that they are good value for money in general terms. Considering the traceability of their ingredients and the complexity of their processes, I think that Tommy Chong’s CBD products have added value, regardless of which product they are specifically.
But let’s be specific. Here are the prices of all interesting Tommy Chong’s CBD’s products:
As mentioned before, there is an exciting variety of products, and they all have something that makes them unique. Here are some of our favorite:
As you may imagine, this tincture is ideal for getting a great and relaxed sleep – with no sleep induction chemicals in the way. I am not a fan of taking pharmaceutical drugs before going to bed, but I sometimes need something to help me calm down before bed, and all of Tommy Chong’s CBD Nice Dream products are ideal for just that. Plus, they have a delicious berry flavor that will make your evening even more delightful.
The tincture is formulated with no chemicals nor drugs, only 100 mg of CBD in each bottle, combined with GABA, L-tryptophan, GABA, valerian extract, and of course the magical ingredient for sleep: melatonin. It is also flavored and sweetened to make the intake of the tincture more pleasant.
There is also an additional option, making the Nice Dreams formula available in the form of a shot. You can purchase a 12 pack of Nice Dreams Sleep Shot and take one of them before bed every night. Instead of 3.33 mg of nano CBD, like the tincture has, the shot has 20 mg of nano CBD. Other than that, the ingredients and ratios between them are quite similar to the tincture formula.
Made with Nano CBD, Tommy Chong’s Good Vibes Energy Tincture is what you need in your breakfast to help you feel energized, calm, and focused from the moment you wake up until you are ready for a good night’s rest.
A lot like the Nice Dreams products, the Good Vibes ones are suggested to be taken daily, and in the morning. Their main ingredients include taurine, vitamin B6, vitamin C, caffeine, and CBD hemp extract, and natural as well as artificial flavors and sweeteners.
As in the case of the Nice Dreams formulas, this tincture is intended to be taken with a much smaller CBD dosage than the shot: there’s 100 mg of CBD per 30 mL, and while you would be expecting 3.33 mg of CBD in a tincture dose, you would be taking the energy 30 mL shot at once with the Good Vibes Shots option, so 100 mg of CBD if my math is correct.
As all of Tommy Chong’s CBD products, their delicious peppermint flavored tincture is extracted entirely from U.S. grown hemp flower and also had the added touch of cold-pressed hemp seed oil. It is full-spectrum, so it has less than 0.3% THC in it, so there is no risk of getting high from your daily dose of CBD Tincture.
And speaking of daily doses of CBD, you can pick between 6 different dosage options when purchasing your tincture, which makes it really easy to stick to an ideal serving size if you are still not sure about what the perfect dosage is for you.
What can I say that “sour gummies” do not speak for themselves? I am a slave to sour gummies, and if they have full-spectrum CBD, I genuinely can’t be objective about how amazing they are. If you’re into gummies and know the wonders of CBD, hesitate no longer.
Tommy Chong’s CBD gummies will only be sour if you choose the 750 mg pack, which also contains gummies with a higher content of CBD, at 25 grams per piece, making them my obvious favorite. But if you’re not a fan of sour gummies, or want a lower dose, you can opt for the regular sweet gummies that come in the 300 mg pack, which contain 10mg of CBD per gummy.
Another disclaimer is that all gummies are sweetened with about 2 grams of sugar each, which is pretty high in my opinion.
Nothing like a refreshing cream right after a shower. There is something better: a vital CBD, menthol, and camphor cream right after a shower. Not only does it relieve pain immediately, but it also softens and humidifies your skin when you need it the most. I am just hoping they start selling more giant jars. Currently, Tommy Chong’s Muscle Balm comes in 100 mg pots, and trust me – it is never enough.
Another super refreshing topical that Tommy Chong’s CBD offers is a Muscle Freeze Gel. It is not very different from the balm in its ingredients or composition, but it is meant to be more specific on the area of the body it is applied to.
The idea is that it gets the area instantly cool, helping to create a reaction against inflammatory responses in your skin, muscles, or joints. It comes in 250 mg or 1 gram bottles.
With Tommy Chong’s CBD products, you can have it your way. These all-natural gelatin capsules can be your ideal afternoon lift-me-up. It is extracted from 100% U.S. grown hemp flowers, of course, like all other Tommy Chong’s CBD products.
Tommy Chong’s CBD capsules have precisely the exact dosage and size distribution as the gummies; they differ in the ingredients, since the CBD is, in this case, combined with MCT oil for better absorption, and nothing else but gelatin, glycerin, and water.
That is no flavoring nor sugar (or any other form of sweetener), so they may be a good option if you are looking for the benefits but without the extra tasty, which is not necessary come to think of it.
You may know how much I insist on the traceability of CBD products and on finding out about their process. Tommy Cong’s CBD is not only super transparent and thorough about how they manufacture their products, but they also use methods that I think are pretty valuable.
They are constantly testing their hemp plants and keeping the possibility of contamination to a minimum, ensuring their products maintain high standards and are apt for pharmaceutical use.
I think that with the level of facilities they have, the investment they put in the research, and the great sponsorship the company has, it would be attractive that they added new products and experimented with cannabinoids like CBG or other terpenes that could enrich their formula—especially taking advantage of the fact that all of their products are made with full-spectrum hemp.
For sure. Tommy Chong’s CBD has a wide range of CBD products that you can try out and help you decide your favorite way to consume CBD by providing all of the different options but always with the same high quality and standards.
I also feel that the fact that all of the products sold by the company are 100% backed up by Tommy Chong himself makes a difference. Not that other CBD products that do not have a single person behind all of it who is so outwardly spoken about being the person behind it all make them less trustworthy, of course not.
But having someone be so adamant and involved in the process and sales of his company’s products gives it an extra touch of a guaranteed quality that comes, I guess, from having to live up to people’s expectations because your name is at stake if your product fails.
Many see this last point as a negative, like him putting his name all over the place makes the product easier to sell… honestly, I don’t buy that. Not for this kind of product, where you need so much infrastructure and third-party testing to get into a particular market and reach specific standards. It is not the kind of thing you would buy just because someone famous is behind it.
Yeah, maybe the merch and autographs (yep, the guy sells autographs) can only be a business for someone like him, but not the actual cannabis products, am I right?
