Scooby-Doobie-Doo Sandwich with Weed Aioli

Jinkies! Check out the latest in over-the-top, Scooby inspired munchies from our friends at MagicalButter.

JINKIES! It’s almost Halloween, and we thought why not celebrate this spooky month with some mystery foods! In this video, we’re cooking up a Scooby-Doo Inspired Sandwich, with a “special” aioli spread made in the MagicalButter machine! This “Scooby-Dooobie” snack will have you feeling like you took a trip in the Mystery Machine. Forget the foot-long, we’re going HIGH on this one, layering cheese, toast, avocado and honey-roasted ham with a tasty, cannabis-infused aioli. Major ZOINKS!

Make a sky-high cannabis-infused sandwich with an unforgettable sun-dried tomato aioli in just a few simple steps:

Prep time: 5 m / Cook time: 15 m / Total time: 20 m / Yield: 4-6 servings

Alllll Good Aioli

  • 2 to 3 tablespoons MagicalButter olive oil
  • 1/2 Cup sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1 Cup mayonnaise
  • 1 garlic clove, peeled
  • 2 TBSP lemon juice
  • 1/2 TSP salt
  • 1/4 TSP pepper

For the Alllll Good Aioli

  • Add all dipping sauce ingredients into the MagicalButter machine.
  • Secure the lid, then plug in your machine.
  • Set to BLEND.

Double Doobie Doo Sandwich

  • 2-3 fried eggs
  • Salt and pepper
  • Several slices of thick-sliced white bread, toasted
  • 1 head butter lettuce
  • 1 LB deli honey ham
  • 1 large tomato, sliced
  • 4-8 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 1 large white onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 LB sliced bacon, cooked
  • Avocado slices
  • 1 jar of pickles
  • Hot sauce of your choice
  • 1 large green olive (for a dramatic finish!)

For the Double Doobie Doo Sandwich Assembly

  1. Prep all of your sandwich-making ingredients, and set up on a flat, sturdy plate for stacking. 
  2. Coat each slice of toast used with our Alllll Good Aioli, salt and pepper, and a drizzle of MagicalButter Oil.  
  3. Just start stacking, and don’t stop stacking ‘til you just can’t get stack your ingredients any higher. Double down and repeat your favorite layers as needed.  
  4. Use a toothpick to dramatically stab an olive garnish into your finished sandwich.
  5. You should probably share (just saying).
