Ingredients
For The Sushi Rolls
2 cups of cooked and seasoned sushi rice.
Nori seaweed (dried seaweed sheets)
200 grams of fresh fish (salmon, tuna, or the fish of your choice), cut into thin strips
1 ripe avocado, thinly sliced
1 carrot, cut into thin strips
Cucumber, cut into thin strips
1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
For The Cannabis Infusion
1 gram decarboxylated cannabis buds.
1/4 cup coconut oil
Muslin or coffee filter

Instructions
Cannabis Infusion
Decarboxylate cannabis buds in a preheated oven at 110°C for 30-40 minutes to activate the cannabinoids.
Heat coconut oil in a saucepan over low heat.
Add the decarboxylated buds to the pan and stir to combine.
Cook over low heat for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally to prevent burning.
Strain the mixture through muslin or a coffee filter into an airtight jar. Allow to cool.
Tip: You can use your favorite cannabis oil if you already have it infused.
Infused Sushi Rolls
Spread a sheet of nori seaweed on a sushi mat or clean surface.
Moisten your fingers with water to prevent the rice from sticking and spread a thin layer of rice over the nori seaweed, leaving an empty space at one end.
Place fish, avocado, carrot, and cucumber strips in the center of the rice.
Drizzle a small amount of the cannabis oil over the ingredients.
Carefully roll the sushi using the mat, applying light pressure to ensure it is compact.
Repeat the process with the remaining ingredients.
Once you have made several rolls, cut them into slices about 2-3 cm wide.
Place the rolls on a plate and sprinkle the sesame seeds on top.
Mix the toasted sesame oil with a small amount of cannabis infusion and use it as a dipping sauce for the rolls.
