A Stoner’s Guide To Weedy Holiday Parties

Infuse your holiday party with these weed trends and products.

Happy holidays from us at Herb. The season wouldn’t be complete without Herb’s Holiday Gift Guide, featuring the latest products and devices to get you through the holidays and keep you lifted until next Christmas.

If you’re planning on throwing a holiday party, we’ll help you spice it up. See below for tips, recipes, themes, and products that will take your holiday party to new highs (pun intended).

Decor

Any great holiday party has decorations. Below, you’ll find tips for decor essentials and cannabis-centric recommendations to help you stay on-brand.

Lighting

Don’t skimp out on lighting, and don’t illuminate your party with the main bright light in the room. Any stoner will tell you that ambiance is key to the perfect session, so ideally, you want to bring that ambiance to your party.

We suggest using a mix of white and green Christmas lights. You could also take it up a notch and get green LED lights to wrap the perimeter of tables, walls, etc. Lastly, don’t forget the candles. They create a serene atmosphere that will relax all partygoers.

Christmas Tree

Bonus points if you have a cannabis plant in the house to decorate as a Christmas tree. If not, look for weed-themed Christmas ornaments or make your own with decorative joints (made with tea leaves or spices), glass ornament with painted pot emblems, and maybe a blunt-holding angel sitting on top.

Mistletoe

I would pay good money to walk into a party where the mistletoe is a dense nug with a red bow wrapped around it.

Music

Christmas music is an essential part of the holidays, but it doesn’t have to be the entire party playlist. Check out our Spotify playlist, Herb Frequency, and queue some weed-oriented tunes to keep the vibe intact.

If you happen to own a record player, why not spin some tunes that were selected for Indica, Sativa, and Hybrid sessions by Seth Rogen? His brand, Houseplant, offers 103 minutes of “Impeccable Vibes” through a carefully curated Vinyl Box Set. This will definitely start a few conversations.

Food

Cannabis-infused appetizers, anyone? See the three easy-infused recipes below and keep your crowd high for the holidays. Just make sure they’re aware of what they’re eating.
