There’s a huge variety of Delta 8 THC products and this brand figured out the best way to dose. Created with Activ8.
Delta 8 THC’s popularity and demand are increasing; we see many different options and products to choose from. An important thing to consider when trying out these D8 products is how we dose our user experience.
Even though there isn’t a high risk of overdosing or toxicity, we still want to measure our sessions and dosages carefully, so we consume responsibly and wisely. Activ8 designed this fantastic drink that will deliver a potent dose of Delta 8 THC.
Delta 8 THC, as described by Activ8, is the perfect sweet spot between CBD and Delta 9 THC. It has a unique and smoother user experience, and some even call it diet weed.

There’s a certain limit every person can safely and sanely withstand, as with any other substance. What is true is that technically you cannot overdose from cannabis, but you can go a little or a lot overboard.
The lethal dose for Delta 9 THC, the stronger counterpart of Delta 8, is a virtually unreachable and incredibly high amount. Thus, since Delta 8 is a less potent variant or form of THC, it would have to need a far higher dose.
As such, the bad times you can experience due to going overboard on Delta 8 will significantly vary on your personal feats and traits but generally range from dizziness, confusion, drowsiness, or even extreme stimulation.
Probably, and honestly, the most common scenario is that you will need a good nap if you take too much Delta 8 THC. However, you may experience some irritating side effects, such as, and not limited to paranoia, tachycardia, sweating, drowsiness, amongst others.
Honestly, the first time I tried Delta 8, I loved the feeling of euphoria, easiness, and a light buzz high, and with these insane products, you will be hooked. These tasty beverages are packed with flavor and a potent hemp-derived Delta 8.
Activ8’s beverages come from legal hemp that contains less than 0.3% of THC. Thus, you are getting a federally legal substance that will positively affect your mind and body.
To start things off, let’s take a look at the Activ8 D8 Shots. These come in six flavor-packed options that are infused with 20 mg of Delta 8. These 2 oz shots come in exciting flavors like pineapple, grape, orange, apple, cherry, and blue razz.
The bigger brother to the shot line is the Activ8 D8 Syrup. These come in the same flavor options as the shots but have a total of two servings per 4 oz container. The syrup is somewhat stronger when compared to the shot.

Depending on how you’ll be consuming your Delta 8, be it smoking, vaping, edibles, or tinctures, you will want to play safe and follow some guidelines. Activ8 has five recommendations you will want to take a look at. These apply to their product very well, but you may also adopt these measures for other products.
It will come down to personal preference and complete self-knowledge. Your body and mind are your measuring tools. Always keep in mind that it is best to start slow and low, building your way up, instead of crashing from the get-go.
Always look for producers or distributors you trust because you want to know precisely how your product works and the correct concentration per unit of your product.
Although Delta 8 is somewhat comparable to CBD, it is far more similar when compared to Delta 9, so you will catch a high. And, even if Delta 8 THC is just slightly psychoactive, perhaps you want to be safe and see how much you need to take before it has any effect on you.
Delta 8 oils and tinctures tend to be less concentrated than gummies or softgels, so you’ll want to dose accordingly. Plus, taking Delta 8 orally will take longer to feel the effects. Take the onset time into consideration. You are not going to see the impact right away if you choose oral consumption.
Keep in mind that it could take up to two hours to feel the full effects of orally consumed D8. If you’re vaping or smoking raw Delta 8 flower, the effects should take effect in 10 to 20 minutes.
Don’t take more until you’ve given it plenty of time to metabolize.
Look at the product’s ingredients and test results. These will show the percentages of each cannabinoid present. If the product is 100% Delta 8, you’ll want to be even more careful with your starting dose than if it were 50/50 Delta 8-CBD.
Your body naturally processes and metabolizes things differently depending on the time of the day and what your routine looks like. Keep in mind that this is somewhat personal; some users will find that their buddies have a completely different experience at the same dose and same time of day.
If you’re a first-time Delta 8 user, take no more than 15 mg to start. It’s recommended that you start at 5 mg. This way, you can get an idea of how just a little bit affects you., and itmight be enough!
Once you start to build up a bit of a tolerance, you can go up to 45 mg. After regular use for a few months or so, it could take up to 150 mg to feel the same effects.

First, look at what method you’ll be using and know a possible onset time to be prepared for when it kicks in. Then, start at 10 to 15 mg per serving if you’re a beginner or have a low tolerance. You can increase the dosage by 10 mg every time you want to go up a notch.
Intermediate users can experiment with 10 to 45 mg per serving, and experienced users should at least try a low dose once to understand how their bodies will react. After that, 50 to 150 or more mg of Delta 8 per serving are generally for you.
