Worst Customer Service

Great product. Worst customer service. Do yourself a favor. Don’t get involved with this company. In the beginning it may seem fine but when you need to contact them for an issue, it will be next to impossible, and when you do, the person will barely be able to speak English and won’t be able to solve the problem And won’t transfer you to anyone else ?
