Restful Night Bites

I take about half a gummy a night as I have trouble falling asleep and staying asleep. Within 30 minutes im asleep and wake up feeling refreshed and rested. I love this product!

Started using this a few months ago. I always had an issue with waking up around 3:00 AM, and not being able to fall back asleep due to mild back pain. This did the trick! One gummy at bed time lets me sleep through the night, and I wake up with no back stiffness or pain. AND fully rested. This is now part of my nightly ritual.

I alternate between taking Full Spectrum Restful Night Bites and Lights Out every night. It’s amazing what a full night’s sleep (on a regular basis!) can do for you. I also never feel groggy the next morning. Vena is the best!!

Works well by taking about 30 minutes before bedtime. Helps me fall asleep without waking up in the middle of the night! No morning "hangover" either.

I have had problems sleeping due to menopause. They are great. I have finally stopped taking Tylenol PM for sleep. Love this product.
