Amazing! Make sure you have 7-8 hours to devote to sleep when you take this one, otherwise restful nights is great for less sleep. With Lights Out my sleep is deep but not so deep that I won’t wake up for my German Shepherd barking in my face or my college aged son coming home at 3:00 am! I highly recommend! 5 stars!
