If you have 8-10 hours and need a solid night's sleep- this is the product. I wake easily, no grogginess and feel energized to start my day. I sleep through the usual overheating in the night and do not wake when my husband gets up his usual every 2-3 hours. Like any product, you hear/read different opinions. I can only share my experience... I have issues with pain which keeps me up at night. One 'Lights Out' gummie an hour before bed and I am pleasantly asleep. I still wake up to turn or visit the bathroom, but I go right back to a pleasant calm sleep.
