I love these. 1 gummy is the perfect dose for me. Sometimes I will only take a half a gummy. I use these to help sleep at night and pair them with 5-10mg of melatonin. They work pretty well as long as I go to sleep when they hit me. They last a few hours, 3-4. I buy these every 5-6 weeks.
