These are absolutely amazing! They absolutely help you sleep soundly all night. For me, I like taking the gummy 40 minutes or so before bed and then lying in bed and feeling the effects take hold. I even let a neighbor who is 80 years old try one. She’s been having trouble sleeping for years and nothing else works for her but these did. The more I think about it for myself, and maybe her too, we could be cutting them in half and getting twice the distance out of them. Yes, I do recommend these, big time!
