You are supposed to get 5 servings out of a very small bottle. The best I could do was get 3 servings. I would not repurchase too expensive for getting less then I expected.

The flavor is pretty robust and is an acquired taste. The effect is about as close to immediate as you can get from a non-alcoholic product. Within about ten minutes you get a pleasant uplifting feeling that stays with you a couple hours. I find I receive better benefits using it every few days rather than daily.
