love this device! i've been using this daily for the last six months and it's yet to let me down. i had the focus v carta for about a year prior to this, and i prefer the vlab halo so much more. pros: - $150 price point much more budget friendly, without compromising the quality -the bucket size is a bit larger than that of the carta, which makes it easier to load and less likely to overflow - less prone to being knocked over than the carta; the base of the halo is either better weighted or more stable-shaped, idk - cute colors that aren't a whole $100 more on top of the base price cons: - no manufacturer warranty (that i know of): the focus v carta and its accessories are backed by a decent manufacturer warranty, which is always helpful - can't replace the batteries: the base doesn't have an accessible battery compartment, so i think when those die this whole e-rig will be out of commission - not really a con IMO but there isn't any fancy app or bluetooth pairing with a phone for custom temp

What a fantastic product and a great price point . This product is very similar to the Puffco - but at a much lower price point -love love this product The coils do burn out it would be nice if they can give you an extra one -and I really would recommend to get the insurance so you can get it replaced we needed.

Great piece. Learned if you fill it up too much, it blocks the draw but it’s easy to clean. EXCEPT that you have to clean after every use. Also if they make a cup that you don’t have to clean very much then it should have been included. After you put out 100+ for the piece, they ask for 50 more for the cup!
