I just started vaping concentrates in the last six months, since getting my medical card. I did a lot of research on vaporizers and decided on this brand. I can't justify paying more than $150 for an e-rig, so this was obviously the best option, given the reviews and low cost (in comparison with other e-rigs). It took a while for me to get used to the various parts and how to use everything, but I guess that is expected of a newbie. I've had the vaporizer for about five months, and it's been working well thus far. The one thing I would appreciate, and what would make this review five stars, is if the product came with detailed instructions on how to handle and care for the product and accessories, especially for newbies like myself. Currently, I'm concerned about the leftover resin from vaping that gets stuck inside the product which you don't have access to in order to clean. I can see the concentrate leftover resin building up around the opening where the glass top fits, which I often clean, but that means the resin is building up just inside the opening and I assume within the actual vaporizer. There are no instructions on how to address this... maybe it doesn't matter. Also, there is a lot to know about the accessories if you're a newbie. For example, you can use strong rubbing alcohol on the parts, but if you let it soak long, the rubber parts will inflate in size, although they do eventually go back to normal. Also, anything glued, like on the glass top, will dissolve and fall off if it's left in alcohol or a cleaning agent for too long. In addition, at first, I didn't realize you can't force the atomizer out if it's stuck - you'll need to turn it on and warm it up so it's loosened and doesn't stick. I forced it out, and it tore apart, so I had to purchase another one. I've also already broken two glass tops, so be careful when you're cleaning the parts.

No complaints in the first week other than I wish the battery lasted longer. I like the compact size though!

Took a while to find the perfect temp to get the biggest hits. Finally settled on 680F absolutely love this thing!!

-Body is made of cheap, easily damaged plastic -Battery life is extremely small. -Glass Cap does not fit the bowl well, resulting in it frequently falling off while hot -Glass Cap DOES have a strap - but reclaim builds up on the cap very easily, and then coats your rig with it if you're not extremely careful. -Charing cable is comically short -Awkward to hold -Instructions do not reflect the actual functionality of the lights on the device.

Works as advertised, the carb cap was received broken but didn't want to deal with replacing so I glued it. Works well, good battery life and very portable.
